New prints from Rachel Anne!

Rachel Anne has joined up with Steadfast Brand to offer some of her paintings as prints.  The print quality of these is top-notch and done on heavy weight watercolor paper with archival ink, printed by  rebelreprints.com. The Cherry Blossom Salon

We'd like to welcome the Cherry Blossom Salon to our block. Our good friend Keirsta has recently followed her dream of opening her own salon & has done it right next to Liberty Tattoo on Somerset Terrace. She has done a beautiful job building out the space and has only been open a few months and her and her crew are already busy!  Welcome to the block Keirsta and crew!

The film follows an outlaw motorcycle gang known as “The Impalers” as they wind down a tri-state rape and murder spree. After a gruesome battle with rival club, “Satan’s Own”, the survivors hole up in a secluded cabin in the North Georgia Mountains. Taking advantage of what seems like easy marks for their depravity, the rough and tough Impalers soon find themselves struggling to survive the flesh-eating killing machine that lives in the forest.
Director James Anthony Bickert’s biker/horror/sexploitation mash-up was shot entirely on Super 16mm film, using practical effects, and limited to technology of the era that the film is set in.

Lightning storms in the ATL

I found myself right next to a fiery tree on Wednesday so I snapped a phone pic.  That's the Wendy's on Moreland Ave.  I saw the lightning strike when I was about a block away, pretty cool.

Opening at 5:00 today!
